Bridal diet recipe No. 1

Warning: Un-appetising food pics ahead...
Haha, so this is what i typically have for dinner at least once a week ...


That is porridge, with sausage and ChanChoy, my favourite vege of the moment -also known as 'Dai Wong Miu'. Gooey to most, but crunchy to me...
And then i also add in......

Nato beans!
I'm hooked on Nato beans to go with porridge ever since i picked up a taste for it in Japan. It's fermented beans, basically, but with lots of nutrients. Japanese have it for breakfast.
4 individually packed nato beans like the above retail for around RM8 in Jusco or Isetan. Highly recommended, even though it can taste like de-composing garbage the first try! Haha.
Top it off with some soy sauce, and voila!

i like nato beans a lot! If you like porridge then its even nicer!
